Welcome
Hi, I'm Dylan. I'm physics PhD candidate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Although my degree is in plain physics, my research is primarily in computational astrophysics. I design and develop software algorithms to better understand the most violent and energetic explosions in the entire universe known as gamma-ray bursts.
Although my research is in astrophysics, most of my day-to-day consists of software development. Speaking of which, I'm also a software engineer for the world's second largest global robotic telescope network, Skynet, and for the R&D defense company Applied Research Associates.
Here you will find the documentation for a number of projects that I work on.
